Raft of Trash is a collaborative MIDI project between Thom Isom, Andrew PM Hunt and JC Leisure inspired by the natural rhythms of environmental dialogue and the sounds of systems.

On 'Grouw' they have used the ambient sounds from the world building game Simcity 3000 to generate live MIDI data for a bank of synthesizers and samplers, wrangling strange music as they ride the currents of the game and design a utopian space.

Objects interact and overlap as a loose improvised mesh begins to form on the surface of an aquatic plane, a rippling tide of micro-sounds forming in its wake.
